Thankfully Shanny (my trainer) and I were able to squeeze in another workout before Christmas. She worked me hard and changed up my routine quite a bit. It’s all good stuff but HOLY! She worked me hard! I’m doing less reps and higher weights for this new routine.
I’m doing level 8 on the treadmill now for one minute. It’s hard and I’m out of breath after but it’s a good push. I’m working with 15 lbs weights now and that is a lot harder for me. It’s funny too because my mom has been going to WeightWatchers and she’s lost just over 15 lbs in about 8 or 9 weeks. It’s incredible to pick up one of those weights and think she carried that around everyday!
There’s nothing like a deadline to push you and I knew the year was quickly coming to an end so I’m really happy Shanny and I could see each other one more time in 2009. So seriously, can I eat more on Christmas Day since I worked so hard on Christmas Eve?
