My latest full body workout

I thought I would share with you the program I’m currently working on right now. I do this twice a week and the program was designed by my trainer to give me a full body workout. I have to be ready for my wedding after all! I am determined not to be a bulging bride! I need to strengthen my legs for a long night of dancing and I need to tone my arms for a lot of glass-raising toasts! Hee hee!

My workout
Circuit 1
Stability Ball Dumb Bell Squats (with shoulder press) 10lbs/20reps
Cable Pull Down 50lbs/15reps
Single Leg Dumb Bell Dead Lift 10lbs/20reps
Single Arm Single Leg Dumb Bell Shoulder Press 10lbs/30reps
Row Boats/Stability Ball Roll Outs 30reps/15reps
Cable Rotation 15lbs/15reps
Circuit 2
Stability Ball Dumb Bell Single Arm Row 15lbs/20reps
Stability Ball Dumb Bell Chest Press 10lbs/15reps
Dumb Bell Bench Lunge 20reps
Machine Ham Curl 20lbs/20reps
Stability Ball Crunches/Stability Ball Oblique Crunch 20reps/20reps
Back Ext w/ Chair 20reps
Oh! And the other twist my trainer threw in for me was to start timing myself to see how long it takes to do each circuit twice. The whole idea is to do the workouts faster while maintaining a higher heart rate.

    Hey Christina,
    OMG! The stability balls look so easy but they help create a really great workout (translation: they make some exercises really, really hard!).
